SPIRALS are a powerful and simply way to shift/lift your energy. There are only 2 spirals the up and the down.
Standing barefoot connected to the earth, is a great way to do this exercise.
Close your eyes, take a moment and take a deep breath, see yourself on a spiral, ( if your feeling ordinary etc you are on the downward spiral) in your mind see yourself take a step to one side, you will automatically be on the upward spiral, feel yourself spiralling upwards.
