MEDITATION FOR EVERY BODY
The pressures, push-pull and the being everything to everyone syndrome of modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, on edge and emptied out. Meditation is a simple and effective way to fill up your tank, increasing calm and confidence and decreasing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Plus everybody can meditate.
Regular meditation enhances inner peace, you feel stronger on the inside. The little things that used to drain you and rattle your cage become insignificant. You become more in touch with your gut instinct or intuition and see life’s situations with added clarity, therefore making better choices.
Some of the bonuses of meditation are:
- Decreases stress and anxiety.
- Clears the mind.
- Increases concentration.
- Strengthens the immune system
- Increases energy levels.
- Helps with sleep problems.
- Helps keep blood pressure normal.
- Helps reduce heart disease.
- Increased emotional stability.
- Decreases moodiness.
- Increased intuition.
Meditation leaves you feeling filled up and renewed. Establishing harmony between your body, mind and emotions makes for all round better relationships and healthier lifestyle. This acts as a magnet to attract new positive experiences into your life.
MEDITATION – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
We live in a world that values activity, being extra busy and achievement, interestingly more and more people still have a fundamental need for – time out, contemplation space and stillness.
While meditation assists with the modern-day dis –eases of stress, depression and anxiety, it can also provide much more. Several of the benefits of meditation are listed below, though ultimately it filters through all areas of your life, increasing balance, stability, creativity and so much more.
Reduce stress – Increase overall health and harmony.
Stress frequently comes from worry about the past and what you should have and could have done and concern or overwhelm of the future and what it may deliver. Stress is its own treadmill of energy drain. The more depleted you become the less likely you are to be able to change the pace on the treadmill. Therefore becoming stuck in the cycle which feeds the stress and stress in a hungry master, wanting to be constantly fed your energy and keeping you under pressure to do so.
Meditation is time for you, without feeling the pull to be available to others. Meditation strengthens your immune system, increases your energy levels, leaving you feeling stronger on the inside and more resourceful
Change in perspective – Seeing solutions rather than problems.
It has long been said that we won’t find solutions with the level of thinking that created the problem in the first place; it is of course difficult to find solutions when we are all frantic and fearful. Meditation encourages relaxation and being in the present moment, both of which are essential in order for a solution to present itself.
Calmer emotions– more focused on what you need to do.
Sometimes stuff just happens, meditation allows you to be able to stand back and see this from a distance, observing it but not being involved in it. It is from this place that you can do what needs to be done, without the energy drain to you. Situations then tend to move on more quickly. So you are not left storing and growing that old emotion.
Less mind chatter – Increased intuition.
Oh the mind, it seems to have its own agenda, at times disruptive and demanding. Meditation provides some respite from the negative or limiting thoughts. Practicing meditation creates new pathways in you mind, developing more peaceful and unlimited thinking.
A calmer mind allows us to be still enough long enough to listen, intuition increases providing insights into your daily life.
Connect with encouraging and inspiring people.
One of the things I hear people say they are looking for – is to connect with others who are thinking and living life in a more positive way. Participating in a meditation class is a good way to develop new friendships with encouraging, inspiring people.
The benefits of meditating create a tangible difference in your life. Like anything you need to be consistent, meditating once is similar to running around the block once and wondering why you’re not instantly fit. By making meditation a part of your life you will reap the rewards it brings.
MEDITATION CLASS TESTIMONIALS
Ensha has a genuine interest in supporting individuals to reach their full physical and spiritual potential. In spending time with Ensha, one has a sense of being deeply cared for and safely guided to move toward one’s sole (soul) purpose on this earth.
I can sincerely recommend Ensha as a life mentor who has the ability, experience and wisdom to guide others in a respectful and professional manner. -Tania.
When a friend introduced me to the meditation classes I was at a stage of my life where great change had already occurred, and further major changes were about to. Although equipped with many skills of life to deal with these events, and supported by well-meaning friends, I felt alone, vulnerable and a little bit panicky. So I went along to class to hopefully gain some inner peace – as I figured that that’s what meditation meant. However, I found much more than that – I found friendship, security and renewed confidence in myself that I no longer needed outside things or people to validate my abilities and worth, and above all I found happiness. – Anonymous
With today’s stressful lifestyle it is easy to be caught in negative energy and forget that life can be positive and abundant. I have enjoyed attending weekly meditation classes for many reasons but especially because it helps me to remember to stop and take time to think about the dreams and goals I am wanting to achieve and what I actually have achieved in my life. -Thanks Ensha and my fellow classmates.
I have been attending Ensha’s Meditation classes for about 3 months now and they are something I really look forward to each week. Apart from the actual meditation, which I really love, we have a lovely group discussion to start with and you feel safe knowing you can discuss things in your life you may not want to talk about with friends. It eases some of the stress of daily life and Ensha has lots of helpful ideas and information to make sense of the things happening around us and within us. It puts life into perspective and helps you realise we are only human and can all do with a helping hand along the way – Lea (Stay at home mum)
Ensha is a wealth of knowledge and new perspectives. Going to her meditation classes has given back to me a sense of sanity in this busy crazy world. Her guided relaxation methods have become a part of my life that I just wish I could bottle up and keep! Thanks to Ensha for giving so much to help keep my clarity in check. Love you. Jess
Hi Ensha. Today we realised that we have been attending the Thursday meditation class for nearly a year now and neither of us any intention of stopping. Thank you for the interesting variety of meditations and for all the knowledge you give us. We particularly like sharing our experiences with the group. Angela and Cameron Cambridge
