The pressures, push-pull and the being everything to everyone syndrome of modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, on edge and emptied out. Meditation is a simple and effective way to fill up your tank, increasing calm and confidence and decreasing stress, anxiety and overwhelm.  Plus everybody can meditate.

Regular meditation enhances inner peace, you feel stronger on the inside. The little things that used to drain you and rattle your cage become insignificant. You become more in touch with your gut instinct or intuition and see life’s situations with added clarity, therefore making better choices.

I run weekly meditation  & awareness classes in Brisbane,  classes are $195 for 10 sessions. You are welcome to come along and try out the class for 2 weeks at $20 per class to see if it suits you. After the first 2 weeks classes are $195 for 10 classes book into a class.

  • Tuesday Morning – Norman Park 9.30am – 11.00am.
